Chuck’s Spicy Omelette
My Vegetable Farmer’s Spicy Antipasto will give that extra kick to eggs, sandwiches, salads… I almost use it on everything !!
Here’s an easy way to enjoy it.

INGREDIENTS
Omelette
3 tbs butter
4 eggs, beaten
2 handfuls cheese curds
2 tbs Spicy Antipasto

Dressing
2 tbs Butter
1/4 cup green peas
3 small onions, halved
2 tbs Premium Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and pepper
1/8 cup chopped chives
2-4 tbs Spicy Antipasto
INSTRUCTIONS
Omelette
- In a bowl, beat 4 eggs
- Add butter to hot pan
- Pour egg mixture, don’t tamper with it
- Add cheese curds
- Add Spicy Antipasto
- Cook for about 3 minutes then fold two sides
- Reserve on a hot plate
Dressing
- Add butter to hot pan
- Add green peas and halved onions
- Cook until onion starts to caramelize
- Deglaze with Apple Cider
- Season with salt and pepper
- Pour over omelette
- Sprinkle chopped chives
- Add Spicy Antipasto
