Chuck’s Spicy Omelette

My Vegetable Farmer’s Spicy Antipasto will give that extra kick to eggs, sandwiches, salads… I almost use it on everything !!

Here’s an easy way to enjoy it.

  prep 5 min       total 15 min       serves 1


3 tbs butter
4 eggs, beaten
2 handfuls cheese curds
2 tbs Spicy Antipasto

2 tbs Butter
1/4 cup green peas
3 small onions, halved
2 tbs Premium Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt and pepper
1/8 cup chopped chives
2-4 tbs Spicy Antipasto



  1. In a bowl, beat 4 eggs
  2. Add butter to hot pan
  3. Pour egg mixture, don’t tamper with it
  4. Add cheese curds
  5. Add Spicy Antipasto
  6. Cook for about 3 minutes then fold two sides
  7. Reserve on a hot plate


  1. Add butter to hot pan
  2. Add green peas and halved onions
  3. Cook until onion starts to caramelize
  4. Deglaze with Apple Cider
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Pour over omelette
  7. Sprinkle chopped chives
  8. Add Spicy Antipasto
