Tuna with Olive and Pepper Vinaigrette

Tuna with Olive and Pepper Vinaigrette



250 ml Olive Oil
½ jar Mild or Hot Pepper Spread
2 Lemons, zest and juice
3 fillet Anchovies, fine chopped (or 2 tsp Salt if you don’t want anchovies)
¼ cup Castelvetrano Olives, pitted and chopped fine
½ loin Albacore tuna or another high-quality tuna


  1. Mix together olive oil, pepper spread, lemon zest, lemon juice, anchovies, and olives
  2. With a very sharp knife, thinly slice the tuna and lay out on a plate
  3. Liberally dress tuna with vinaigrette and serve
