Jerk Mayo sweet potato fries

 

INGREDIENTS

Two sweet potatoes
Jerk sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Slice two sweet potatoes into ¼ inch long & wide slices
  3. Coat with olive oil and ½ tsp paprika
  4. Place on a lined baking sheet and cook in oven for about 20 minutes each side – until golden brown
  5. While fries are baking, mix 2 cups of mayo with ½ cup of jerk sauce
