Sundried Tomato Pasta Salad


 

INGREDIENTS

4 cups cooked pasta (we used trofie)
¼ cup cucumbers, julienned
¼ cup celery, small dice
¼ cup green onions, sliced thin
¼ cup red onions, julienned
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
3 tbsp Chuck Hughes Olive Oil
2 tbsp Chuck Hughes White Balsamic Vinegar
½ jar Chuck Hughes Sundried Tomato

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
