Sundried Tomato Hummus



1 can chickpeas
2 lemons
1 tbsp cumin powder
3 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp Chuck Hughes Sundried Tomato


    1. Put everything into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
    2. Plate hummus and garnish with more sundried tomato, chives, and roasted cashews.
