Roast Pork Tenderloin with Antipasto
INSTRUCTIONS
1 pork tenderloin, cleaned
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp Chuck Hughes maple syrup
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1tbsp garlic, chopped
Chuck Hughes antipasto (mild or spicy)

Mix together the mustard, maple, rosemary, and garlic.
Season pork with salt and pepper then rub with mustard mix and let marinate overnight or at least 4 hours.
Roast in a 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes.
Slice and top with antipasto.
Serve with roasted vegetables

Do I discard the marinade before roasting or roast it in the marinade? Too much of a rookie to know already and prefer not to guess. Thank you.
