Mexican Shrimp Cocktail


 

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup cucumber, small dice
¼ cup red onion, small dice
¼ cup jalapenos, seeds removed and small dice
¼ cup celery, small dice
2 avocados, small dice
1 cup nordic shrimp (mini shrimp)
2 limes, zest and juice
½ cup cilantro, chopped
1 jar Chuck Hughes Cocktail Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Mix everything together and serve.
