Boil potatoes whole for 10 minutes
When boiled, cut potatoes into wedges
Toss them into vegetable oil with a bit of salt and pepper
Oven at 450 bake for 15-25 minutes flipping halfway through
Toss in Chuck Hughes jerk sauce and sprinkle green onions on top
