Deviled Eggs
INGREDIENTS
8 yolks cooked
1 tbsp mayo
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sundried tomato spread
1 tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Place 8 eggs in single layer
In sauce pot and cover 2” water
Bring to boil and immediately turn off heat
Leave pot on burner for 12 min
Remove eggs and run under cold water to chill
Peel eggs and cut in half
Remove hardened yolks
In a food processor mix together all ingredients and blend together till super smooth
Put mix into piping bags with star tip and pipe
Mix back into empty egg white
Mix together 1 tablespoon sundried tomato, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 1 tablespoon chopped chives and dress eggs with this mix
