Cucumber and Shrimp Salad
INSTRUCTIONS
▪️1 Shallot
▪️1 tsp Salt
▪️.5 tsp Pepper
▪️1 tbsp Olive Oil
▪️1 tbsp Chuck Hughes White Balsamic
▪️5 Lebanese Cucumbers
▪️2 tbsp Fresh Dill, rough chopped
▪️150 g Matane Shrimp (or baby shrimp)

🔸1. Slice shallot into thin rounds and place in a bowl.
🔸2. Add salt, pepper, olive oil, and white balsamic and toss everything together then let sit 5 minutes.
🔸3. Cut cucumbers into 1/4 inch rounds and add to shallots with the dill and toss everything together.
🔸4. Plate cucumbers and top with Matane shrimp and some more fresh dill sprigs.
