Crab and Pepper Spread Cheese Dip
250 g cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup sour cream
180 g aged cheddar, grated
250 g crab meat
½ jar Chuck Hughes pepper spread (mild or spicy)
1 tbsp lemon juice
10 dashes Chuck Hughes jalapeno hot sauce
¼ parmesan cheese, grated
Mix the cream cheese and sour cream till smooth.
Add cheddar, crab meat, pepper spread, lemon juice, and hot sauce and mix well.
Spread mix out in oven safe baking dish and top with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
