Cottage Cheese Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
500 g cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 ½ cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine everything together and mix with a wooden spoon, some lumps are ok
2. In a frying pan on medium heat, add some butter and cook spoonfuls of batter until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes.
3. Top with Chuck Hughes maple syrup and get at it!
