🔸500 ml sour cream
🔸1 jar jerk marinade
🔸1 small red onion
🔸1 tsp sugar
🔸1.5 tsp salt
🔸0.5 tsp pepper
🔸1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, rough chopped
🔘1. Shuck the corn and blanch in salted boiling water for 5 minutes
🔘2. Mix together the sour cream and jerk marinade.
🔘3. Cut the jalapeños in half and scrape out the seeds then cut the jalapeños into very small dice.
🔘4. Cut the red onions to the same size as the jalapeños.
🔘5. In a bowl, add the onions, jalapenos, sugar, salt, pepper, juice of both limes, and cilantro.
🔘6. Lay corn down on serving tray. Spoon over jerk sour cream then top with jalapeños mix
