Breakfast Bread Pudding

INGREDIENTS
1 loaf good sourdough bread
6 eggs
2 cups milk
4-tablespoon pepper spread
Pinch salt and pepper
½ red onion sliced thin
120g ham cubed or shredded
1 cup shredded gruyere
INSTRUCTIONS

- The night before rip sourdough into rough chunks and leave on counter to dry overnight
- whisk together milk, eggs salt and pepper, pepper spread nutmeg
- in mixing bowl, combine dried bread, ham, cheese, and onions
- pour egg mix over breads and combine well
- let sit 5 minutes so bread absorbs egg and mix
- put everything into greased casserole baking dish
- bake @ 350 for 45-55 minutes
- serve immediately
