Breakfast Bread Pudding

 

INGREDIENTS

1 loaf good sourdough bread

6 eggs

2 cups milk

4-tablespoon pepper spread

Pinch salt and pepper

½ red onion sliced thin

120g ham cubed or shredded

1 cup shredded gruyere

INSTRUCTIONS

        1. The night before rip sourdough into rough chunks and leave on counter to dry overnight
        2. whisk together milk, eggs salt and pepper, pepper spread nutmeg
        3. in mixing bowl, combine dried bread, ham, cheese, and onions
        4. pour egg mix over breads and combine well
        5. let sit 5 minutes so bread absorbs egg and mix
        6. put everything into greased casserole baking dish
        7. bake @ 350 for 45-55 minutes
        8. serve immediately

    Bonjour Chuck, est-ce que c vous qui avez concoctez une recette genre muffin avec de la courge au beurre, œufs fromage gruyère et farine long time ago … J’aimerais la refaire et ne trouve pas qui l’a fait!!!
