Baked Brie Puffs
INSTRUCTIONS
1 sheet puff pastry
1 wheel brie of your favorite brie
Chuck Hughes sundried tomato (mild or spicy)
Chuck Hughes Maple Syrup

Cut pastry into 1.5”x1.5” squares.
Grease a mini muffin tin and place a square of pastry in each muffin cup.
Cut brie into small cubes and press brie into pastry in muffin cup.
Top each piece of brie with a tsp of sundried tomato and a little drizzle of maple syrup.
Bake at 350 for approximately 15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
Serve warm.
