Apple Vinaigrette

 

INGREDIENTS

3 honeycrisp apples, peeled, cored, and roughly chopped
250 ml canola oil
150 ml Chuck Hughes Apple Cider Vinegar
150 ml Chuck Hughes Maple Syrup
2 tbsp dijon mustard
½ tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Combine everything into a blender and blend until smooth
