My White Balsamic Vinegar
If you hang around me long enough, you’ll soon realize that I almost always use white balsamic vinegar in my salads and marinades. I love it because it gives me that sweet balsamic flavour I’m looking for, without changing the colour of my food. This balsamic vinegar is made from top quality grapes in the famous Cherry Valley of Modena, Italy.

- Ingredients: Concentrated grape must, white wine vinegar
- Made with 100% Italian grapes aged in wooden barrels
- 46 °Brix yielding a sweet balsamic vinegar
- Min. 3.5% Acidity
