- 2 lemons
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp Sun Dried Tomato
STEPS
- Put everything into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Plate hummus and garnish with more sun-dried tomato, chives, and roasted cashews.
