Marinated Mushrooms



13 oz button mushrooms
1/3 cup Chuck Hughes White Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 Cup Chuck Hughes Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp honey
1 tsp fresh oregano
1 tsp fresh thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp. Chuck Hughes Hot Pepper Spread
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


  1. Wash mushrooms and dry with paper towel.
  2. In small bowl, mix white balsamic, honey, oregano, thyme and pepper spread
  3. Sauté mushrooms in 1 tbsp of the oil
  4. Add garlic and pinch of salt, sautee for 5-7 minutes
  5. Add mixture, bring to boil and then immediately remove from heat
  6. Place mushrooms mixture in bowl and top with parsley
